How a visit works.

From the moment the technician arrives at the plant to the report ready in the office.

  1. Arrive and start

    Starting records the time and the GPS position and shows at once whether the technician is inside the plant's 0.5 km perimeter. Outside, they can carry on: the office sees the flag.

  2. Follow the checklist

    One screen per section: access, service entrance, modules, inverters, panels, transformer and more. Every answer is saved on tap, with photos and the 003 and 103 meter readings.

  3. Review and sign

    The review lists what is still missing and the problems found. The technician signs with a finger to confirm the visit.

  4. Finish, even offline

    Everything is kept on the phone and sent when the connection is back, without duplicates. In the office, every finding becomes a corrective work order.

Owners follow along and approve in the portal.

Every plant and charger with its last visit, completed checklists with photos, and the quotes waiting for a decision.

  • Data isolated per company

    Each company reaches only its own data, in every query. Automated tests try to read another company's data and must fail.

  • Signed photo links

    Photos and documents live in private storage. Each time one is opened, a signed link is created that expires in 5 minutes.

  • A field app that handles weak signal

    The field app opens without internet, keeps every action in a queue on the phone and replays it in order. Each one applies exactly once.

  • GPS and time on record

    Starts and finishes of work orders, trips and checklists keep where and when they happened, even when the phone sends them later.

  • No passwords

    Sign-in is a one-time link sent by e-mail, valid for 15 minutes. There is no password to leak.

  • Each role sees what it needs

    Admins, technicians and owners have their own permissions. Owners see only the plants they are partners in, and only the part made for them.
