In the field

Checko Field, the technician app, runs in the phone's browser and can be installed on the home screen.

  • Work orders with GPS

    Start, hold with a reason and finish, with time and GPS position. Notes, materials and photos taken on the spot.

  • Monthly checklists

    Step by step, one screen per section. The plant's 0.5 km perimeter, photos per item, the 003 and 103 readings with photos, a finger signature and a review before completing.

  • Works offline

    Opens without internet and shows the day's work. Every action goes into a queue on the phone and is replayed in order, exactly once.

  • Trips and expenses

    Work orders grouped into a trip, with its start and finish on record. Meals, fuel, tolls, lodging and tools expenses with a receipt photo.

The console brings together planning, records and the numbers of the operation.

  • Overview

    Open work orders by status, late checklists, plants without a checklist this month, trips in progress, warranty claims and recent activity.

  • Monthly checklist report

    The status of every plant in the month, done, scheduled, late or not planned, with a spreadsheet export.

  • Findings become corrective work

    Each problem found in a checklist becomes a work order linked to the checklist and the plant.

  • Complete records

    Plants with documents, photos and location on a map; clients, staff, inventory, vehicles and a log of calls with the utility.

  • Expenses

    Expenses per work order, plant and trip, with receipts, payment status and totals by category and month.

  • Manufacturer warranty

    Warranty claims followed on each work order: requested, in analysis, approved, rejected or replaced.

The owner portal shows the part of each record made for whoever owns the asset.

    Plants and chargers, latest visits, completed checklists with findings highlighted, photos and signature.

  • Quotes and approval

    Materials, labor and travel sent for approval. The owner approves or rejects with a note, and it all stays in the history.

    A calculator with your catalog of modules, inverters and price per Wp. Month-by-month generation, payback and 25-year savings, and the proposal document in Portuguese or English.

  • Data isolated per company

    Each company reaches only its own data, in every query. Automated tests try to read another company's data and must fail.

  • Signed photo links

    Photos and documents live in private storage. Each time one is opened, a signed link is created that expires in 5 minutes.

  • A field app that handles weak signal

    The field app opens without internet, keeps every action in a queue on the phone and replays it in order. Each one applies exactly once.

  • GPS and time on record

    Starts and finishes of work orders, trips and checklists keep where and when they happened, even when the phone sends them later.

  • No passwords

    Sign-in is a one-time link sent by e-mail, valid for 15 minutes. There is no password to leak.

  • Each role sees what it needs

    Admins, technicians and owners have their own permissions. Owners see only the plants they are partners in, and only the part made for them.
