How a visit works.

From the moment the technician arrives at the plant to the report ready in the office.

  1. Arrive and start

    Starting records the time and the GPS position and shows at once whether the technician is inside the plant's 0.5 km perimeter. Outside, they can carry on: the office sees the flag.

  2. Follow the checklist

    One screen per section: access, service entrance, modules, inverters, panels, transformer and more. Every answer is saved on tap, with photos and the 003 and 103 meter readings.

  3. Review and sign

    The review lists what is still missing and the problems found. The technician signs with a finger to confirm the visit.

  4. Finish, even offline

    Everything is kept on the phone and sent when the connection is back, without duplicates. In the office, every finding becomes a corrective work order.
